“We recently worked with Nick and Ruslana for both our engagement and wedding photos and were extremely happy with the experience. Throughout the entire process, they were very well organized - we had multiple planning sessions with them beforehand which was helpful to make they knew of any pictures we really wanted to do and to understand our personalities so that they could make sure the pictures appropriately reflected those personalities. Despite the wedding location being a few hours away, we were very impressed that they had made the extra effort to visit the location the weekend before the wedding to plan out where we would do photos - they had a well thought out plan for both indoor and outdoor photos.

With the engagement photo shoot, they incorporated our love of the outdoors, hiking, and even our dog in the overall theme of the photos - they were able to capture beautiful pictures. We especially loved the lighting they captured in this photo shoot. With the wedding photos, they helped us to incorporate a mix of fun and formal photos - with these we loved the vibrant coloring of the photos. By the end of the night, they captured everything we had planned for and much, much more.

After the wedding, the turn around time for the photos was very quick - we walked through all the photos with them and they were willing to make any edits if needed (even though we didn’t end up with any edits to ours). They shared several suggestions for where to go for prints and/or a photobook which was extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend NickNikPhotography to others looking for a wedding photographer. We can tell that both Nick and Ruslana love what they are doing and can see the effort they put into creating such beautiful and creative photos.”

Everyone in our bridal party had a great time during the photo shoot.
